A wedge insert in the blade strengthens the tip against splitting and cracking. Varnished with three coats of marine varnish for added life and lasting beauty. Sold individually.

Caviness oars feature palm grips, oval shafts, low cavity blades and wedge inserts to produce a more balanced and lightweight paddle to reduce fatigue on those long trips.
